Liz brings a background in primary school teaching to her role as a Trainer at Hotel Etico in Canberra. She enjoys helping trainees build the confidence to achieve things they may not have thought possible. Liz’s favourite part of the role is getting to know each trainee and adjusting her training to suit their specific goals. She believes strong relationships are at the heart of great learning and aims to reflect this in every aspect of her training.
