Nathalie oversees the development and implementation of hospitality and workplace readiness training across multiple sites.
With a strong focus on individualised learning, she is committed to creating accessible, practical pathways to employment. Nathalie works closely with trainees, families, and operational teams to ensure each person is supported to build skills, confidence, and independence in the workplace. She also partners with employers, helping them build the skills and understanding needed to successfully hire and support people with disability.
