Sophia is Hotel Etico’s Head of Industry Employment, where she supports graduates transitioning into open employment within the hospitality industry. With a background in administration, HR support, and hospitality, Sophia is passionate about inclusion and creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability. She holds a double degree in International Studies and Arts, majoring in Spanish and Psychology.
